Having worked for a clesiifsad department (I still do, in some ways), I can tell you that there are whole categories of clesiifsads that have just been wiped out by Craigslist and its peers.Classifieds get no respect from the other departments at a typical newspaper, but they are a HUGE source of revenue. So you\'re right: when the classies go away, the newspaper is in trouble.
